Module 1 – Statemanship

State Control is one of the keys to Influential communication. Have you ever been captivated by a speaker who was passionate about what they talked about? Ever think about why that is? Well, State Control is one of the keys. In this Module we will go over state control and strategies and exercises to maintain state.

Module 2 – Powerful Pauses

Maybe you have heard people you know us these common filler words: Um, Uh, You Know. How much did that take away from the conversation? Or maybe you have heard people on TV talk and use these filler words all the time. If they can speak and still be on TV or radio, imagine what it would be like if you had that opportunity and you didn’t use filler words. The power of the pause is king when it comes to attention and awareness.

Module 3 – Connection & Congruence

People tend to forget and focus in on their heads on what they have to say. Connection is vital to any conversation, one on one or with a group of people. Now, think about the possibility of staying connected to the audience as well as being who you are. How much better would you be able to influence and inspire people?

Module 4 – Influential Words of Power

Sometimes the words that we say have deep impact. By knowing what words draw attention and move attention, one can master the art of conversations. Verbal Influence starts with knowing the structure of language and being a master painter with words.

Module 5 - Being Charismatic

(Saturday 7:00 PM PST)

Some people are naturally charismatic; some people had it since childhood. In this module we explore the characteristics of being a charismatic person. One you know the habits and behaviors of charismatic people, you can’t not be charismatic. Imagine that!

Module 6 – Echoing

(Saturday 7:00 PM PST)

People like to be heard, this simple technique has been used by highly influential people to make fortunes, either in sales or to build empires. Many leaders use echoing to gain high levels of influence.

Module 7 – 5 Minute Speech

(Saturday 7:00 PM PST)

This last module is a culmination of your transformation into being an Influential Speaker. Each person will perform a 5 minute speech and will receive comments from the rest of the group.
